LORENZO (Special) - Services for E. G. McGee, 72, of Lorenzo will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church in Roosevelt with the Rev. Paul Miller, pastor, officiating and the Rev. Oscar Newell, pastor of Lakeview Baptist Church, assisting.

Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

McGee died about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Hospital after a sudden illness.

The Hagerman, N.M., native married Lois Bowers July 10, 1929, in Crosbyton. McGee moved to Crosby County in 1928 from Bowie. He was an ordained deacon of First Baptist Church of Roosevelt. He was a farmer.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Tommy of Lorenzo and Fred of Lubbock; a daughter, Mrs. Edward (Ginger) Jordan of Lorenzo; his stepmother, Effie McGee of Bowie; a brother, Billy of Bowie; three sisters, Marie Morris of Bowie and Leva Rogers and Betty Jones, both of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
