Servies Held For Omega Lowe
Funeral services for Omega J. Lowe 91, of Lorenzo were held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with Dr. Jerry Golden, pastor, and the Rev. John Jenkins, pastor of First Baptist Church in Morton, officiating.Burial was in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home in Ralls.
She died at 10:40 p.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Lamar County and had beena resident of Lorenzo since 1937. She married Thomas A. Lowe, Dec. 10, 1911 in Lamar County. He died in 1966.
She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Grace Young of Lorenzo, Margaret Rosenberg of Wichita Falls, and Macel Whipple of Freeport; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
