Mass for Natividad Loera, 79, of Lorenzo will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Patrick's Catholic Church with the Rev. Aidan McGuirre, pastor of St. Phillip's Catholic Church in Idalou, officiating.

Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Rix Funeral Directors.

She died Wednesday morning in West Texas Hospital after an illness.

She was born in Matuela, S.L.P., Mexico, and lived in Seguin most of her life. She moved to the Lubbock area in 1953. She married Gertrudiz Loera in 1953. She was a Catholic.

Survivors include her husband; five stepsons, Leopoldo, Edwardo, Victor and Gertrudiz Jr., all of Lubbock, Ramon of Lorenzo; six step-daughters, Anita Loera, Victoria Esquibel, Paula Garcia and Matilda Zapata, all of Lubbock, Dominga Mendoza and Maria Hinojosa, both of Lorenzo; three brothers, Antonio Sandolval of Seguin, Miguel Sandoval of McAllen, Augustin Sandoval of San Antonio; two sisters, Rosa Garcia of Seguin, Angelita Guiterrez of Lubbock; 35 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
