LORENZO (Special) — Rosary for Paula Landin, 84, of Lorenzo will be at 7:30 p.m. today at San Lorenzo Catholic Church. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at San Lorenzo Catholic Church with the Rev. Roland Buxkemper officiating.

Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo.

She died Thursday, July 6, 2000, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

She was born Jan. 25, 1916, in Martindale. She married Carlos Landin Sr., on Oct. 5, 1933, in Lockhart. He died April 6, 1984. She was a member of the San Lorenzo Catholic Church. She was also a homemaker. She moved to Lorenzo in 1956 from Martindale.

Survivors include five sons, Carlos of Lubbock, Juan of Austin, Armando of New Braunfels and Victor and Isreal, both of Lorenzo; five daughters, Manuel Proa, Dora Alicia Peralez, Maria Guadalupe Martinez, Gloria Cisneros and Maria Luisia Aquayo, all of Lorenzo; two brothers, Juan Rangel of San Marcos and Lorenzo Rangel of San Antonio; a sister, Dominga Pecina of San Antonio; 48 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
