Services for Joe Jenning, 78, of Lorenzo were held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 19, 1990 in the Lorenzo First United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Watson, pastor, and Rev. Jerry Golden, pastor of the Lorenzo First Baptist Church officiating.Burial followed in the Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
He died at 4:24 a.m., Saturday, February 17, 1990 in Lubbock´s Methodist Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born Dec. 30, 1911 in Canyon, and married Doris Green, March 28, 1936 in Portales, N.M. He moved to Lorenzo in 1935 from Canyon.
He was a member of the Lorenzo First United Methodist Church and
