Graveside Services for Jesse James Dutton, 83, of Post will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 12, 2004 at Lorenzo Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Bevel officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo. He died Friday, April 9, 2004 at his home near Southland.
He was born June 1, 1920 in Grady County, Oklahoma to Dennis and Sallie Ivey Dutton. Jess was a member of the Baptist Church. He worked as a farmer and a rancher and had lived in Post for three years. He was a former resident of Lubbock and Lindsey, Oklahoma. Survivors include five sons; Curtis Dutton of Post, Lewis "Sonny" Dutton of Lubbock, Gary Dutton and David Dutton both of Vandervort, Arkansas, Doyle Dutton, a daughter; Deanna Dutton of Vandervort, Arkansas, 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 3 PM to 4 PM Sunday at Adams Funeral Home in Lorenzo
