Conger Services Held

U.S.Flag   Services for Dorland Hardy Conger, 57, of 2208 Knoxville, Lubbock, who died about 9 p.m. Friday in Methodist hospital in Lubbock after a brief illness, were Monday in Lorenzo First Baptist Church.

The Rev. John Jenkins, pastor, officiated. Burial was in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home of Ralls.

A native of Vernon, he was a veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict. He was a nurse at Methodist Hospital in Lubbock for 15 years and a resident of the city 18 years.

Survivors include a brother, DeRoy of Boise City, Okla; and two sisters, Mrs. Jack McCandless of Lorenzo and Mrs. Tribble Alexander of Brawley, Calif.
