LORENZO (Special) — Services for David Lee Chandler, 37, of Lorenzo will be at 3 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Golden, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Chandler died at 9:27 a.m. Saturday in University Medical Center of Lubbock after a brief illness.

He was born in Crosbyton and was longtime resident of the Lorenzo area. He was a mechanic for American Trailers of Lubbock and a member of Parkway Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, David Lee Jr. of Ralls and Danny of Lubbock; five daughters, Toni Michelle Chandler and Cathy Darlene Chandler, both of Portland, Ore., Melissa Gail Chandler and Heather Chandler, both of Ralls and Christy Ina Chandler of Lubbock; his parents, Wilburn and Christine Chandler of Lorenzo; a brother, Carl of Lorenzo; a sister, Debbie Timmins of Lorenzo; his maternal grandfather, Roy Lobstein of Cisco; and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Delbert Timmins, Ray Beshirs, Gerald Beshirs, Floyd Sue Jr., Dean Williams and Mike Williams.
