THE PIONEER

We bow our heads in reverence to the old settlers — the pioneers, who blazed the way for civilization. Our present happy surroundsings is the direct result of some one pioneering, someone facing the hardships of a frontier life. Today we enjoy the fruits of their labors, and as we reflect on the difficulties they had to undergo in blazing the way for civilization, our hearts are warmly touched and we take off our hats in their presence--greetings to you and may your future years be full of gladness in the present in refelctions of the past.
