Jackie Moore Services for Jackie Moore, 67, of Lorenzo will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, 2003, at the Lorenzo First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jerry Williams and the Rev. Dennis Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Estacado Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo. He died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, at his home in Lorenzo.

He was born July 3, 1936 in Lubbock, Texas to George Houston "Shorty" and Mary Belle "Jack" Michael Moore. He attended school in Lorenzo and Estacado. On February 28, 1958, he married Shirley Woods in Lorenzo. He was a member of the Lorenzo First United Methodist Church. He was past director of the Crosby County Livestock Show and was a member of the Gin Board. He farmed in Estacado. He lived in the Lorenzo and the Estacado area his entire life.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Moore of Lorenzo; two sons, Mark Moore of Lorenzo and Monte Moore of Lubbock; a daughter, Marla Pharr of Idalou; his mother, "Jack" Moore of Lubbock; a sister, Kaye Held of Holly Lake Ranch; three grandchildren, Meredith and Jared Pharr and Kalli Moore. The family will receive friends from 3 until 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 25, 2003, at Adams Funeral Home in Lorenzo.
