Darlene Lackey, age 75, of Floydada, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2013. Funeral sservices were held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2013 at the Estacado Cemeetery. Pastor Rance Young officiated. Services were under the direction of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada. Barbara Darlene Bryant was born in Lubbock, Texas, September 30, 1937 to Olin Maurice Bryant and Georgia Lee Assiter. Darlene will surely be missed by everyone whose lives she touched.She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Bradley Fulton in March of 1994.
Darlene is survived by her husband, Greer Lackey of Floydada; her son Billy Fulton and wife Sharron of Lubbock; her daughter, Brenda Yeary and husband Rex of Quitaque; her sons, W.E. Lackey and Troy Lackey; her brother Buckles Bryant; her six grandchildren and five great grandchildren; and many dear friends.
