Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon for N. H. Moore, 67, who died Wednesday at the home of his son, Joe Moore in the Farmer community.

Mr. Moore has been a resident of Crosby County for the past 20 years. He had been ill for about two weeks before his death. he suffered from a paralytic stroke.

Rev. Matt Harder officiated and burial was in the Emma cemetery under the direction of Marr Funeral Home.

A large crowd of Mr. Moore's friends, were gathered to attend last rites. He had been in this county for 20 years and had countless friends throughout.

He was preceded in death by his wife who died about two years ago, and five children. Crosby County will miss one of its finest men, who passed to his reward.

Mr. Moore was survived by six sons, Joe, E.O., and Shirley of Ralls, O.C. and Richard of Brownfield; and Bert, of Lorenzo; two daughters,Mrs. E. F. Creed and Mrs. Johnny Myers of Ralls, three sisters, Mrs. J. Ross of Cone and Mrs. Frank ? and Mrs. J.W. Willis of Belton; two brothers, J.D. Moore of Belton and Shirley Moore of Killeen, and grandchildren.
