CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Lois D. Witt, 85, of Lubbock will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Crosbyton Church of Christ with William Eudy, minister, and Jim York of Sunray officiating.Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.
He died Saturday, Nov. 12, 1994, at St. Mary Hospital in Lubbock.
He was born April 6, 1909, in Runnels County. He moved from Kalgary to Crosbyton in 1946 and from Crosbyton to Lubbock in 1993. He married Emma Rebecca Austin Oct. 13, 1928, in Spur. She died March 22, 1993. A daughter, Patsy Kingsbury, died in 1983. A grandson, David Kingsbury, died in 1993, and a great grandson, Lance Scott, died in 1991.
He was a farmer and a terracing contractor.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, George Witt of Lubbock; two daughters, Velma Wall of Artesia, NM, and Chris Sides of Lubbock; a brother, Dee Witt of Brownsville; two sisters, Estella "Mazie" Maze of Lubbock and Dortha Drennan of Morton; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren.

CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Emma Rebecca Witt, 85, of Crosbyton will be at 3 p.m. today in the Church of Christ with Jim York, minister, officiating.Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.
Mrs. Witt died at 4:35 p.m. Monday in Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Dickens County and married Lois D. Witt on Oct. 13, 1928, in Spur. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She moved to Crosbyton from Kalgary in 1946. A daughter, Patsy Kingsbury, died in 1983.
Survivors include her husband; a son, George of Crosbyton; two daughters, Velma Wall of Artesia, NM, and Chris Sides of Lubbock; a brother, L.D. Austin of Eager, Ariz.; a sister, Pearl Stovall of Nesconset, NY; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren.
