Obituary
CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Lizzie Winegar, 86, of Henderson and formerly of Crosbyton, will be at 4 p.m. today in First Baptist Church here with the Rev. George E. Brazell of Desdemona and Loyd Hall, minister of Crosbyton Church of Christ, officiating.Burial will follow in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home here.
Mrs. Winegar died at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday in Memorial Hospital in Henderson after an illness.
A native of Carbon Hill, Ala., she married Ambrose Winegar in September 1912 in Desdemona. He died July 14, 1924. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church here.
Mrs. Winegar moved to Crosbyton in 1937 and had lived in Henderson two years.
Survivors include five sons, Kelton of Crosbyton, W.T. of Levelland, A.L. of Long Branch, Thurston of Roaring Springs and M.A. "Joe" of Lubbock; a daughter, Lynn Newsome of Henderson; a brother, Arthur Brazell of Falfurias; 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
