Obituary

Funeral services for Mylinda Ann Wheeler, 19, will be held at 4 p.m. today, Thursday, in the First Baptist Church here. Miss Wheeler died about 5 p.m. Tuesday in the home of her step grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Scharanberg of near New Deal.

The Rev. J.T. Bolding of Lubbock First Baptist Church will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Ernest Stewart of Crosbyton and the Rev. James Wood of Aspermont.

Burial will be in Crosbyton cemetery under direction of King Funeral Home.

Born May 25, 1951, in Lubbock she lived in Crosbyton until 1967 and in Aspermont until 1970. She was enrolled in nurse´s training in Lubbock. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

She is survived by her father, Kenneth Wheeler of Lubbock; her mother, Mrs. Morgan Ross, Jr. of Aspermont; two brothers, Brooks Wheeler of Lubbock and Teddy Ross of Aspermont, three sisters, Terri Wheeler of Lubbock, Rebecca Wheeler of Lubbock and Mrs. Leanora Phillips of Iona, Calif.; and grandparents, Mrs. Leanora Bachman of Crosbyton, Mrs. Grace Cannon of Dickens, Jack Wheeler of Lubbock and Mr. and Mrs. Sharenberg of New Deal.
