Services for Billy Ray Webster, 79, of Crosbyton were at 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 9, 2007 at the Crosbyton First Baptist Church with the Rev. Les Griffin officiating. Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. Billy passed away Thursday, December 6, 2007 at the Crosbyton Nursing Home.

He was born November 21, 1928 in Crosby County to the late Ray and Ola Fay (Skinner) Webster. On February 2, 1947 he married Johnnye Morris in Kalgary.

He was a member of the Crosbyton First Baptist Church and the Downtown Bible Class. He had lived in the Crosby County area all his life and was engaged in farming.

Survivors include; his wife; Johnnye of Crosbyton, a son; Brian Lee Webster of Denver, CO, a daughter and her husband; Elaine and Wynn Robinson of Seagraves, a brother; Dwight Webster of Georgia, three sisters; Verna Fisher of Georgia, Betty Campbell of Odessa, Darita Webster of Georgia, three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers are; Toby Robinson, Tracy Cavazos, Lance Morris,Phil Morris, Eric Swenson and R. G. Havens.

The Downtown Bible Class will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Services for Johnny Webster, 79 of Crosbyton will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the Crosbyton First Baptist Church with Rev. Lester Griffin officiating. Burial will be in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

Johnnye passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2009 at the Crosbyton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born October 8, 1930 in Spur to the late Herman Lee and Mabel Clement (Robinett) Morris. On February 2, 1947 she married Billy Ray Webster in Kalgary. He passed away on December 6, 2007.

Johnnye was a homemaker and member of the Crosbyton First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years. She lived in the Crosby County area all of her life and was a graduate of Spur High School.

Survivors include; a son, Brian Lee Webster of Denver, Colorado; a daughter and her husband, Elaine and Wynn Robinson of Seagraves; two sisters, Joyce Ables of Lubbock and Robbie Havens of Crosbyton; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers will be; Toby Robinson, Tracy Cavazos, Phil Morris, Lance Morris and Benny Cavazos.
