CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Delta Taylor, 81, of Jewitt will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Rine officiating.
Burial will follow in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home.
Mrs. Taylor, a native of Giddings, was dead on arrival at 10 p.m. Monday at a Jewitt hospital following a sudden illness.
She married Charles Taylor in Huntsville. He died in 1965. She was a school teacher in Crosbyton, Cone, McAdoo and New Deal before moving to Jewitt from Crosbyton in 1981. She was a Baptist and member of the Women´s Missionary Union. Homemaker´s Sunday School Class and Garden Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Salle Fite of Goais, Cetes, Brazil; a sister, Jean Dorrough of Granbury; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
