Deborah Stegall Services for Deborah Jean "Debby" Stegall, 45, of Midland were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at Crosbyton First Baptist Church with the Rev. Les Griffin officiating. A memorial service was held at 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at the Midland First Baptist Church with the Rev. Bob Hopkins officiating. Burial was in the Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

She died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2000, at her residence.

She was born June 11, 1954, in Lubbock.

She married Ronald Stegall on Aug. 4, 1973, in Crosbyton.

She was a member of the Midland First Baptist Church. She was raised in Crosbyton and graduated from Crosbyton High School. She continued her education at Texas Tech University and the University of Texas in the Permian Basin. She was a teacher in the Midland ISD for 13 years at Santa Rita Elementary and was a member of the Texas Classroom Teacher Assn. and various other organizations.

She and Ron moved to Midland in June of 1974 from Crosbyton.

Survivors include her husband Ronald Stegall of Midland; 2 daughters, Rhonda Stegall and Heather Stegall both of Midland; her parents, Wayne and Emma Jean Edinburgh of Crosbyton, and her grandmother, Jeannie Moore of Lubbock.

Pallbearers were Josh Bias, Sean Clements, Russ Edinburgh, Dave Edinburgh, Gene Chappell, Gary Hardin, and Trevor Brasell.

Services for Ronald Irvin Stegall, 55, of Midland, will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at the Crosbyton First Baptist Church with the Rev. Les Griffin officiating. Burial will be in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 7, 2004 at the First Baptist Church in Midland with the Rev. Gary Dyer officiating.

He died Monday, October 4, 2004 at his home in Midland.

He was born December 2, 1948 in Crosbyton, Texas to William Irvin and Beatrice Stephens Stegall. On August 4, 1973 he married Debby Edinburgh in Crosbyton. She died January 8, 2000.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Midland and the Titus Sunday School Class. He graduated from Crosbyton High School in 1967 and West Texas State University in 1971. He taught school in Ralls from 1971 to 1973. He was employed as the chief appraiser of the Midland Central Appraisal District from 1987 to the present. Ron was President of the Midland Downtown Lions Club and in 1991 was President of the Texas Association of Appraisal Districts.

He is preceded in death by his father on September 4, 2002.

Survivors include; two daughters; Rhonda Stegall of Midland, Heather Edington and her husband Rob of Allen, his mother; Bea Stegall of Crosbyton, a brother Darrell Stegall and wife Tammy of Lubbock, a sister Donna Vincent of Jacksonville, Arkansas.
