Services for Irvin Stegall, 83, of Crosbyton were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2002, at Crosbyton Cemetery with the Rev. Les Griffin officiating and the Rev. Bobby Rine assisting.
Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
He died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2002, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
He was born Dec. 5, 1918, in Stephenville, TX.
He married Beatrice Stephens on May 17, 1940, in Crosbyton.
He was a member of the Crosbyton First Baptist Church and the Crosbyton Lions Club. He was formerly a service station operator and a mechanic. He owned the Pontiac dealership in Crosbyton from the late 1950s to the 1960s. He moved to Crosbyton in 1926 from Erath County.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Norris Stegall and two sisters, Ozetta Irene Stegall and LaVerne Gregory.
Survivors include his wife, Beatrice of Crosbyton; two sons, Darrell Stegall of Lubbock and Ronald Stegall of Midland; one daughter, Donna Sue Vincent of Jacksonville, Ark.; one brother, Kenneth Stegall of Crosbyton; one sister, Olene Jackson of Lubbock; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Graveside services for Alma Beatrice "Bea" Stegall, 87, of Crosbyton will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at the Crosbyton Cemetery with Rev. Les Griffin officiating. Burial is under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. Mrs. Stegall passed away Monday, November 8, 2010 at her Crosbyton home.
She was born December 22, 1922 in Wayne, Okla. to the late Albert Frank and Bertha Beatrice (Blackston) Stephens. On May 17, 1940 she married William Irvin Stegall in Crosbyton. He preceded her in death September 4, 2002. A homemaker, Bea moved to Crosbyton in 1934 from Oklahoma City, Okla. She was a member of the Crosbyton First Baptist Church and the Hallelujah Choir. Bea worked for Stegall Motors, Ball's Department Store and Lowery Drug Store in Crosbyton.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Stegall in 2004; a daughter Donna Sue Vincent in 2009; two brothers, R. L. Stephens and Albert Frank Stephens; and a sister, Juanita Edler.
Survivors include a son and his wife, Darrell and Tammy Stegall of Lubbock; nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
