Helen Frances Smith was born April 10, 1926 in Crosby County, TX and died November 3, 1928 in Crosby County, TX. She was the fourth child of Charles Price Smith and Anna Josephine Elmore Smith. She was survived by sister: Irene Mavinee Smith and brothers: Joe Thomas Smith and Pat Raymond Smith. She was preceded in death by grandparents: Charles Pinkney Smith and wife Saphronia Ann Finch Smith of Anson, TX and George W. Elmore and wife Mary C. "Molly" Lewis Elmore of Spur, TX.
