Graveside services for Alice Smith, 96, of Crosbyton were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in the Crosbyton Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Bevel officiating. Arrangements were under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.She died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, at the Crosbyton Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 23, 1907, to Joseph Roehm and Minnie P. Phipps Lesher.
She married Roland Smith on May 23, 1969, in Elkton, MD. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1979.
She was a homemaker and a nurse.
Survivors include: A friend, Betty Shipmen of Lubbock; her daughters; Linda Sneed of Broken Arrow, OK, Doris Wilson and Debra Wren, both of Shallowater, and Jody Harris of McAdoo and their families.
