Services for Sue Robertson, 70, of Dimmitt, and formerly of Crosbyton will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 3, 1998, in the Crosbyton First Baptist Church with the Rev. Leonard Chatham of Plainview, officiating.

Burial will follow in the Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home.

Mrs. Robertson died at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, 1998, in Lubbock´s Methodist Hospital after an illness.

She was born Aug. 10, 1927 in Crosbyton. She married Homer Lee Robertson on Jan. 18, 1959, in Crosbyton. He preceded her in death on Feb. 18, 1992. She was a member of New Hope Baptist church in Dimmitt, and a former member of Galilee Baptist Church in Crosbyton. She was a graduate of Dunbar High School. She worked in Crosbyton as a Teacher's Aid for 20 years.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Helen Robertson and a son, Floyd Robertson.

Survivors include a son, Rodney Robertson of Dimmitt; three stepsons, O.Z. Ford of Gilmer, J.B. Derrick of Tyler, and Homer Lee Robertson, Jr., of Clovis, NM; a stepdaughter, Velma Franklin of Dallas; a brother, Johnny Wiggins of Crosbyton; a sister, Viola Gordon of Lubbock; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
