Obituary

Graveside services for Mabel Edna Robertson, 88, of Bellaire were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 7, 1989 in Crosbyton Cemetery with the Rev. Wendell Horn, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial was under direction of Adams Funeral Home.

She died at 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, 1989 in Bellaire´s Golden Age Manor Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Edmond, Okla., and moved from Crosbyton to Bellaire in 1982. She married Fred Robertson on Aug. 12, 1917, in Crosby County. He died Dec. 2, 1972. She was a housewife and a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a Methodist.

Survivors include three daughters, Doris Marco of Stamford, Conn., Geraldine Green of Bellaire and Frances Cox of Covina, Calif.; a sister, Omega Cox of Santa Monica, Calif., seven grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
