BROWNFIELD (Special) — Services for Virgle D. Richardson, 66, from Brownfield will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Immanuel Baptist Church here with the Rev. L. E. Laing, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in the Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Richardson was dead on arrival at a Lubbock Hospital at 10:30 p.m. Saturday after suffering an apparent heart attack.

He was born in Montague County. He moved here about a year and a half ago from Lubbock where he was a custodian for the Lubbock Public Schools. He was a farmer in Crosbyton for several years before moving to Lubbock.

He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church here.

Survivors include two sons, Cecil of Amarillo and Elton of 5532 18th St., Lubbock; three daughters, Mrs. Frank Gray, Mrs. Gene Lamp, both of Brownfield, and Mrs. Neal Armstrong of 21615 41st St., Lubbock; five brothers, W.J. of Hamilton, A.E. of California, W.H. of Hereford, N.N. of Floydada, and E.R. of Artesia, NM; three sisters, Mrs. Francis Childs of Floydada, Mrs. Wert McClain of Ringling, OK; Mrs. Glenn Barris of Clovis; 18 grandchildren; and 11 grandchildren.
