Graveside services for Lucille Price, 85, of Crosbyton were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2003 in Crosbyton Cemetery with the Rev. Les Griffin officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. She died Monday, June 16, 2003 at Crosbyton Hospital.
She was born April 25, 1918, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She was a member of the Baptist Church, a licensed medical nurse, and a homemaker. She moved to Crosbyton in February 1965 from Spur. She had lived in Carlsbad, New Mexico for 20 years before moving to Spur.
She is survived by a son, Larry Price of Dalhart; a daughter, Wilma Whitehead and her husband, Hubert, of Crosbyton; a sister, Ella Gertrude Taylor of Crosbyton; four grandchildren, Patton Wade Robb, Vanessa White, C.J. Willy, Marisol Macias; and six great grandchildren.
