Services for Thomas Calvin Pierce, 80, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Wayne Avenue Baptist Church with the Rev. Jesse Gillham, pastor, officiating.

Burial in Crosbyton Cemetery will be directed by Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Pierce died Wednesday, July 20, 1994, at his residence.

He was born Nov. 2, 1913, in Goree and married Ethel Geneva Smith on Jan. 31, 1938, in Crosbyton. She died Dec. 17, 1993. He was a carpenter, farmer and rancher and was a member of Wayne Avenue Baptist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Pauline Shaddock of Odessa; and three brothers, Hubert of Baird and Albert and Harlan, both of Fort Worth.
