Dwaine was born March 15, 1962 in Lubbock and lived there all his life. Dwaine was a loving dad, papa, brother, son, uncle and friend. He enjoyed spending time at the lake and watching Nascar. He is proceeded in death by mother Bonnie Rhodes; father Larry Perry; stepdad Charlie Rhodes and brother Leon Perry. He is survived by his sisters Shelia Wilbanks and Cathy Curtis; his son Gary Perry; daughter's LaTasha Perry, Tabitha Valenzuela, Lauren Raindl, and 11 grandchildren.
The family will greet friends Thursday May 14, 2015 from 5-7pm at Agape Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be at 10am Friday May 15, 2015 in Crosbyton Cemetery.
