DICKENS (Special) - Services for Cecil C. Perry, 83, of Dickens will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Dickens Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Coffey of Idalou officiating.

Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Seigler Funeral Home of Matador.

Perry died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 1997, at a Lubbock nursing home.

He was born May 10, 1913, in Kirkland. He was a member of Dickens Baptist Church. He married Gladys Inez Wells on March 15, 1934, in McAdoo.

He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Clayton W. of Lubbock; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
