Funeral services for Mrs. Rosa Martinez Perez, 19, and her three year old son Paul, who were killed Thursday in a car pickup collision near Spur, were held at 3 p.m. in the Spanish Church of Christ here. Officiating was J.D. Valdez, pastor.
The victims were thrown from the Perez car when it collided with the pickup at what investigation officers called a blind intersection on dirt roads three miles west of Spur.
Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of King Funeral Home.
Among survivors are the husband, driver of the car, who was hospitalized following the accident.
The Perez family lived in Crosbyton a number of years moving to Spur only recently.
