Services for Addie Maye Parks, 82, of Lubbock, were at 2 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, at Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton, with the Rev. David Miller officiating. Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery, under direction of Adams Funeral Home. Addie Maye passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008, at Lubbock Healthcare Center.
She was born April 11, 1925, in Lewisville, to the late Charlie Wilkerson and Josie Lorene (Powell) Robertson.
Addie Maye was a member of the Baptist Church and attended Ralls schools. She worked as an inspector for Texas Instruments and lived in Lubbock most of her life.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Emery Lee Robertson, and two sisters, Mary Emma Robertson Matthews and Josie Lorene Haney.
Survivors include two sons, Lewis Odell Parks, of Lubbock, and Leland Charles Parks, of Austin; a sister, Faye Johnson, of Crosbyton; a granddaughter, Dr. Kari Shane Parks; and four great-grandchildren.
