Guadalupe Naceanceno SR, 79, of Crosbyton went to be with his Lord Sunday, December 22, 2013 in Crosbyton. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 27, 2013 at the Crosbyton Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. Visitation will be from 6-7 P.M. Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton.
Guadalupe was born January 30, 1934 in La Laja Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Jacinto and Eugenia Naceanceno. He married Guillermina Rodriguez on April 6, 1957 in Mexico. He loved his wife and kids, and spending time with his family. He had a kind heart and loved helping people, also liked carpentry and had a strong work ethic. He never complained about his work and attended to his job as if it was his own business. He worked unselfishly so he could provide for his family. His family was his world. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior which was the biggest gift he gave to his wife and children and grandchildren. He loved to joke, westerns, baseball, was a people person and loved to sing to his wife. He also loved watching Spanish soap operas with his wife.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Norma Patricia Naceanceno and son Pablo Naceanceno.
Guadalupe is survived by six daughters, Anna and husband John Setzer of Hickory, North Carolina; Mina and Giovanni Mayorga of Frisco, TX; Norma and husband Marcos Medellin JR. of Lubbock, TX; Ema and husband Mike Doss of Lubbock,Tx; Kristina and husband Chris Hutchings of Crosbyton, TX ; Nora Elizabeth and husband Chain Haldenby of Crosbyton, TX; five sons, Carlos Naceanceno of Crosbyton, TX; Lupe JR. and wife Laura Naceanceno of Texico,NM; Daniel Naceanceno of Crosbyton, TX; Robert Naceanceno of Austin, TX; Michael and wife Melissa Naceanceno of Crosbyton, TX; one sister, Bertha Naceanceno; and two brothers Jacinto Naceanceno and Pablo Naceanceno; fifteen grandchildren; Cindi and husband Brent Franques; Kevin Naceanceno; Kendall Naceanceno; Kaleb Naceanceno; Rebekah Medellin; Marcos Medellin III; Matthew Mayorga; Josh Mayorga; Sadie Naceanceno; Nathan Naceanceno; Jeffrey Doss; Madysen Doss; Bella Hutchings; Lilly Hutchings; and Olivia Hutchings.
