Last Rites For J.B. Mull, 82, Held Saturday Graveside funeral services for john Ben (Butch) Mull, 82, long-time Crosbyton resident, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Mr. Mull came to Crosbyton in 1910 and ran a meat market until 1930, when he went into semi-retirement. He died at 2:45 p.m. Friday in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital after an illness of three months.
Mr. Mull was carried to John Sealey Hospital in Galveston about six weeks ago where surgery was performed for removal of his foot.
Rites were read by Rev. Carl Grissom, pastor of the Crosbyton First Baptist church. Burial was in Crosbyton cemetery under direction of King Funeral Home.
Mr. Mull had only one known relatives, a nephew living in Illinois.
