Services Held Wednesday for O.D. McCauley

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Wednesday for Ollie Denmon McCauley, 45, in King Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Otis Pierce, Baptist minister officiated. Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of King Funeral Home.

McCauley died about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at his home following a short illness.

He was born in Shelby County and had lived here for the past 13 years, working on ranches as a cowboy.

Survivors include the wife, Lometa; two sons, L.D. and Chris, Crosbyton; his mother, Viola McCauley, Lubbock; two brothers, Howard, Fort Worth, and Eddie, Snyder; three sisters, Mrs. J. G. Hill, Lubbock, Mrs. Tom Pierce, Turkey, and Mrs. Edna Watts, Freeport.
