Graveside services for Elvis Charles McCarty, 79, or Crosbyton were held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 23, 2006 in the Crosbyton Cemetery with the Elder Tom Taylor officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.Elvis passed away Friday, May 19, 2006 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
He was born June 5, 1926 in Afton to the late Colene Graham and Alpha Ellen McCarty.
He was a member of the Crosbyton Primitive Baptist Church and a insurance salesman. He worked for Southwestern Research and Development. Survivors include: a sister and her husband; Donna Wynell and Paul Harris of Granbury and several nieces and nephews.
