Services Set In Crosbyton

CROSBYTON (Special) - Mrs. Emma Mason, 93, died at 2:40 p.m. Monday in the Crosbyton Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the King Funeral Home Chapel, Elder L. M. Handley of the Primitive Baptist Church here, officiating. Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery, directed by King Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mason and her husband came to Crosbyton in 1910 on a covered wagon from Fort Worth and she had lived here since.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Mamie Bowen of Port Aransas; three sons, L.D. of Crosbyton, Roy Chiles and Campbell Chiles, both of Honey Grove; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
