Graveside services for Dorothy Marley, 85, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Crosbyton Cemetery with Dr. Ronnie Marley, pastor of New Hearts Church in Round Rock, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

Dorothy passed away Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005 at the Crosbyton Nursing Home.

She was born April 28, 1920 in Speedwell, Tenn. to Harrison and Lillie Pearl (Ausmus) Edwards. In 1939, she married Lewis Bryant "Hap" Marley in Tahoka. He preceded her in death on Nov. 2, 1971. She was a homemaker and a member of Crosbyton First Baptist Church.

Dorothy was also preceded in death by a son, Lewis Randall Marley and a daughter, Patricia Marley, who passed away in 1958.

Survivors include: two sons and their wives, Ronnie and Marian of Round Rock and Mark and Jennifer of Plainview; a daughter and her husband, Margot and Gary Hardin of Crosbyton; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
