Services for Eliberto Luebano, 72, of Crosbyton will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, May 23, 2003 at San Jose Catholic Church in Crosbyton with the Rev. Leonardo Pahamtang officiating. Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
He died May 21, 2003 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. He was born March 16, 1931 in Charlotte, Texas. He married Maria Luisa Rodriquez in Poteet, Texas. She preceded him in death in 1987.
He was a member of San Jose Catholic Church. He was a farmer and moved to Crosbyton in 1950 from Poteet.
Survivors include: two sons Francisco of Lubbock and Roberto of Lockney, two daughters; Janie Ubalde of McAllen, Maria Elena Carrasco of Ralls, his mother Clemensia Luebano of Crosbyton, two brothers Pablo of Houston, Juan of Crosbyton, five sisters; Petra Villareal, Estella Sanchez, Silverea Arteaga, Hilaria Alvarado all of Crosbyton and Benita Casarez of Shallowater, 12 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren.
