CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Luis Leyva, 63, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. Friday in San Jose Catholic Church with the Rev. Tom Parampil, pastor, officiating.Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.
He died at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in South Park Medical Center after an illness.
He was born in Hondo and moved from Idalou to Crosbyton in 1964. He was a retired farmer. He married Felice Martinez on Nov. 29, 1949, in Lubbock. He was a member of San Jose Catholic Church and the Sacred Hearts.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Ruben of Lubbock, and David and Luis, both of Crosbyton; three daughters, Mary Silva of Crosbyton, and Yolanda Leyva and Olga Barrera, both of Spur; a brother, Raul of Brigham City, Utah; two sisters, Ramona Balenzula of Hondo and Eudelia Cortinez of Crosbyton; and 14 grandchildren.
