Leo Koelder Services for Leo Koelder, 96, of Hale Center were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2002, at Lubbock Primitive Baptist Church with George Johnson officiating.

Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

She died Saturday, May 25, 2002 at Lubbock Covenant Medical Center.

She was born July 13, 1905, in Haskell County.

She married Herman Koelder in 1950 in Hale County. He died in 1985.

She was a member of Lubbock Primitive Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. She moved to Crosby County from Haskell as a child. She worked as a nurse in the Plainview Hospital for some time. They lived and farmed southwest of Hale Center for many years.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Chester Campbell and a sister, Ivy Wall.

Survivors include two sisters, Viola Marley of Crosbyton and Elvie Mackey of Lamesa; and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were her nephews.

The family suggests memorial to Lubbock Primitive Baptist Church, 4401 N. University, Lubbock, TX 79415.
