Memorial services for Crosbyton native LaQueeta Carlene Anderson Hobbs of San Jose, Calif., were at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church of Crosbyton. Officiating were Elders George Johnson of Idalou. Afton Richards of Ralls and Jim Jackson of Floydada.

Adams Funeral Home directed burial in Crosbyton Cemetery.

Mrs. Hobbs, who resided at 3475 Young Circle in San Jose, was 35. She died the previous Saturday, June 4, in San Jose, Calif.

She was a medical secretary.

LaQueeta Carlene Anderson was born March 3, 1948 in Crosbyton and attended local schools. She was married to Jerry Hobbs on Feb. 12, 1966, in Crosbyton.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry; one son, Mark Hobbs of the home; one daughter, Angela Hobbs, of the Home; her grandmother, Mrs. Elvie Mackey of Lubbock; one brother, Earl Anderson of Plainview; and three sisters, Janette Johnson of Idalou, DeLinda Hancock of McAdoo and Connie Hackney of Santa Marquita, Calif.
