CROSBYTON (Special) Services for Clifford Hargrove, 57, of 2206 Ave. J. will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church of Crosbyton, with the Rev. Donald Hancock of Weatherford officiating and Bobby Rine, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Crosbyton assisting.
Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of King Funeral Home.
Hargrove died at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary´s Hospital. Justice of the Peace Wayne LeCroy is withholding a ruling on the cause of death, pending autopsy.
A native of East Texas, Hargrove moved to this area in 1926 and to Lubbock about 15 years ago. He was a carpenter.
Survivors include his wife; Virginia of Fort Worth; three sons, Forrest Kenneth of Pearland, Clifford Haskell of Hereford and Randy DeWayne of Fort Worth; three daughters; Marie Francis of Amarillo, Mrs. Anna Bell Perice of Ponda Gardens, Fla., and Mrs. Melba Jane Young of Fort Worth; three brothers, D. Franklin of Lubbock, Leslie and Joe, both of Crosbyton; four sisters, Mrs. Ada Mae Damron of Matador, Mrs. Billie Jean Stokes of Cotton Center, Mrs. Mary Lou Berry and Mrs. Nelda Sue Webb, both of Bakersville, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
