Graveside services for Gerald Harden, 68, of Flower Mound, Texas will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, October 24, 2005 in the Crosbyton Cemetery with Rev. Allen Brooks officiating. Burial is under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. Mr. Harden passed away at Vista Ridge Nursing Home in Lewisville on Friday, October 21, 2005. He was born December 24, 1936 in Lubbock, Texas to Edgar Ellis Harden and Frieda Lee Turpin. On January 1, 1994 he married Ellen Ann Goldberg in San Francisco, California.She preceded him in death December 28, 2000. He was a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Texas Society of CPA's, National Rifle Association and was a Juris Doctorate. He moved to the Dallas area 9 years ago from the San Francisco, California and Nevada area.
Survivors include a son and his wife, Wesley and Belinda Harden of Carrollton, Texas, a daughter and her husband, Ginny and Darrell Fouts of Shreveport, Louisiana, two grandchildren, Azlynn and Rachel, a sister, Merle Beth Elison of Lubbock, and a niece and nephew.
