Services for Jimmie Lynn Hamersley, 69 of Crosbyton will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 6, 2009 at the Crosbyton First Baptist Church with Rev. Lester Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
Jimmie Lynn passed away on Friday, September 4, 2009 at her home in Crosbyton. She was born January 3, 1940 in Dickens to Lynn B. and Jimmie (Hickman) Traylor. On April 10, 1955 she married Jackie Hamersley in Crosbyton.
Jimmie Lynn, a life long resident of Crosbyton was a homemaker and member of the Crosbyton First Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her father, Lynn B. Traylor.
Survivors include; her husband Jackie of Crosbyton, three sons, Gary and wife Kittie Hamersley of Crosbyton, Mark and wife Mary Hamersley of Paducah, Brendan Hamersley of Crosbyton; her parents, Jimmie and Bill Wilkinson of Menard; a brother and his wife, Ronnie and Debbie Traylor of Hereford; two sisters, Connie Allen of Lubbock, Brenda Yell of Guyman, OK; six grandchildren, Maggie, Megan, Montana, Megan, Danny and Clint; and seven great grandchildren Boston, Madelynn, Kaia, Jordin, Michael, Abegail and Haelee.
