Biography

When Eulalia Villarreal was born on February 13, 1936, in San Patricio, Texas, her father, CIPERANO VALDEZ VILLARREAL, was 27 and her mother, MICAELA MORENO DELEON, was 27. She married Manuel Guerrero in Sinton on March 26, 1956; three sons and three daughters to them. She died on March 4, 2007, in Crosbyton, Texas, at the age of 71.

Eulalia GuerreroPrayer services for Eulalia V. Guerrero, 71, of Crosbyton were at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at Calvario Community Church in Crosbyton. Funeral services were at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at the Crosbyton First Baptist Church with the Rev. John Silva officiating. Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

Eulalia passed away Sunday, March 4, 2007 at Crosbyton Hospital. She was born February 13, 1936 in Georgetown, Texas to the late Cipriano and Micala (DeLeon) Villareal. On March 26, 1956 she married Manuel Guerrero in Sinton. She moved to Crosbyton in 1959 from Sinton. Eulalia was a homemaker and member of Calvario Community Church.

Survivors include; her husband Manuel of Crosbyton, three sons; Manuel, Jr., Ricky and David Guerrero and three daughters; Emilia Guerrero, Yolanda Hickman and Susan Garza all of Crosbyton, two sisters; Pauline Cantu of Irving, Margie Wilson of Sinton, 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers were grandsons; Chris Guerrero, Tony Guerrero, Erik Guerrero, Zackary Guerrero and Cody Hickman and honorary pallbearers were; Michelle Moore, Missy DeLeon, Brenna Guerrero, Lisa Guerrero, Cory Garza, Thalia Guerrero, Sonny Guerrero, Michael Guerrero, and Clarisa Morales.

Manuel Guerrero Sr photoManuel Guerrero Sr., 84, of Crosbyton went to be with his Lord on February 19, 2015 surrounded by family.

He was born on March 30, 1930 to Ramon and Francisca (Hernandez) Garcia in Sinton, TX. Manuel married the love of his life Eulalia Villareal on March 26, 1956 in Sinton, TX. He farmed all of his life and enjoyed being around his family. Manuel was a member of the Calvario Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Eulalia Guerrero, three sisters; Licha Trujillo, Pita Coronado, and Aurora Garza.

Manuel is survived by three daughters; Emilia Guerrero, Yolanda Hickman, Susan Garza and husband Ramiro, three sons; Manuel Guerrero Jr. and wife B.J., Ricky Guerrero and wife Sylvia, David Guerrero and wife Susan all of Crosbyton, three sisters; Josephina Sistos of Crosbyton, Sulema Garza of Odem, Dominga Torres of Portland, one brother; Noe Garcia of Corsicana, sixteen grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 23, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Crosbyton. Burial will follow at the Crosbyton Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at Calvario Baptist Church from 6:00pm to 7:00pm Sunday, February 22, 2015.
