U.S.Flag CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Alvin Gene Greene, 47, a native of Bailey, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the First Baptist Church here. He died at 6:15 a.m. Friday in Crosbyton Clinic hospital following an apparent heart attack.

Officiating at the services will be the Rev. Earnest Stewart Jr., pastor, and burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery, under the direction of King Funeral Home.

He was a farmer, a member of the Crosbyton Booster Club, the American Legion and the First Baptist Church. He moved to the Crosbyton area when he was about one year old. He was married to Alice Marie Artley May 7, 1947, in Crosbyton. Greene served in the Navy during World War II.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, Loyd and Joe, both of home; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Hadderton of Kalgary; a sister, Mrs. Harold Long of Midland; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Green of Crosbyton.

Pallbearers will be A. L. Williams, H. T. Ayers, Troy Rich, Bill Wheeler, John Pinkston, Ross Cash, Dee Cash and Charlie Wheeler.
