Rosary for Elodia Muniz Granado, 71, of Crosbyton was at 7:00 PM, Sunday, October 29, 2006 at San Jose Catholic Church in Crosbyton. Mass was celebrated at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 30, 2006 at the same church with the Rev. Jesse Cruz officiating. Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

Elodia passed away Friday, October 27, 2006 at Covenant Lakeside in Lubbock.

She was born December 8, 1934 in Edcouch, Texas to the late Crisobolo and Epifania (Moreno) Muniz. In 1955 she married Domingo Granado in Kenedy, Texas. She was a member of San Jose Catholic Church where she was a Guadalupana. She was a homemaker and moved to Crosbyton in 1956 from Kennedy. She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister; Maria Cuellar.

Survivors include; her husband Domingo of Crosbyton, a son; Domingo Granado, Jr. of Ralls, a daughter; Janie Leyva of Crosbyton, three brothers; Saragosa Molina and Rudy Molina both of Spur, Roy Molina of Austin, five sisters; Bita Bryand of Crosbyton, Lupita Castillo and Carolina Vasquez both of Spur, Theresa Martinez of Austin, Esperanza of Lubbock, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
