Services for Pedro Gonzales, 60, of Crosbyton were held at 10:00 AM Friday, June 23, 2006 at Templo Marantha in Crosbyton with the Rev. Mike Casanova officiating. Burial was followed in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.Pedro passed away Sunday, June 18, 2006 in Big Spring.
He was born November 9, 1945 in Wilson County to the late Vicente and Elisa (Riveria) Gonzales. On April 20, 1986 he married Alice Rodriquez in Childress.
He was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church and a farmer. Pedro was a devoted father, provider, proud grandfather and loving husband. He moved to Crosbyton in 2005 from Childress.
Survivors include his wife; Alice of Crosbyton, three sons; Danny of Childress, Mario of Davidson, OK, Christobel of Lamesa, two daughters; Julie Ann Gonzales of Childress Yolanda Gonzales of Estelline, three brothers Ray of Michigan, John and Manuel both of Childress, three sisters; Teresa Perrera, Martina Garcia and Melinda Thompson all of Childress and 13 grandchildren.
