Memorial services for A. O. (Tobe) Glisson, a Crosby County resident most of his life, were at 3 p.m. Friday in the First Baptist Church. The Rev. Bobby Rine, pastor, officiated.Interment was made in Crosbyton Cemetery. Adams Funeral Home directed arrangements.
Mr. Glisson, 84, was claimed by death about 2 a.m. Thursday in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital following a brief illness. He had been admitted to the hospital Sunday prior to his death.
Born in DeLeon, Tex., Arthur O. Glisson was married to Cordia Ozella Haney on July 26, 1945, in Crosbyton. They made their home on 520 West Birch.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Glisson was a truck driver and a cafe operator.
Survivors include his wife, Cordia, and a stepdaughter, Esteline Wyatt of Austin.
