Graveside Service Is Held Here For E. D. Galle, 69
Graveside services for E. D. Galle, 69, of Dallas, were held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Crosbyton Cemetery. Rev. Otis Testerman, pastor of Crosbyton First Baptist Church, and Rev. Carlos McCloud, First Baptist pastor at Silverton, officiated. King Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
Mr. Galle, a cousin of John Will Stewart of Crosbyton died in a Dallas hospital Friday, and services were held there at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
A resident of Cone in 1926 and 1927, Galle had lived in Dallas for 23 years. His wife's parents are buried in Crosbyton Cemetery.
Pallbearers were John Criswell, Carlton Thomson, Compton Cornelius, Charles Tyler, Robert Work, Lee Suther, Billie Cornelius and E. E. Medlock.
