Graveside services for Ora Belle Fowler, 98, of Clifton, Ariz., and formerly of Crosbyton are scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday in Crosbyton Cemetery. Elder Joe Jackson of Cone is to officiate.Adams Funeral Home is directing arrangements.
Mrs. Fowler was claimed by death Friday, Nov. 2, in Ft. Beard Hospital in Silver City, N.M., following a lengthy illness.
Born Sept. 1, 1886, in Johnston, Teen., she married Frank M. Fowler on May 3, 1916 in Crosbyton. Mr. Fowler preceded his wife in death April 28, 1952.
A housewife, Mrs. Fowler moved from Crosbyton in 1929.
Survivors include one son, A. A. (Buck) Fowler of Clifton, Ariz.; two daughters, Juanita Miller of Idaho Springs, Colo.; and Mary E. Cook of Duncan, Ariz.; 37 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
